1 To change your Timely plan, head over to account billing.
2 Click on change package.
3 You can then select the plan you'd like to change to.
4 Scroll down and click go to payment.
Will I be billed anything when I change my Timely plan?
If you upgrade to a higher package, you will be credited the balance of your package payment for the remainder of the billing period. You will then be charged the full price of your new package, less the credit applied. Your billing date will then be reset to today.
If you temporarily upgrade your account, then return to a lower package, you won't be refunded for any pro-rated charges. To find out more about what is included in the packages, and the price for your account, see our pricing page.
